In June 1984 we entered into a covenant with the Anglican and the Roman Catholic Churches in Pershore. We meet throughout the year for weekly, monthly and annual events. These include monthly ecumenical house groups, weekly ministers’ prayers, Alpha courses and at least four joint services during the year. During Lent we have study groups, Lent lunches (held in the Baptist church) and join together in a Lent project to raise funds for a charitable cause. We the Anglican, Baptist and Roman Catholic churches of Pershore confess our faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour according to the Scriptures and aknowledge our calling to serve him in the world. We believe that it is the will of God that there should be a united Christian church and we should not do apart what we can usefully do together...
